2024 marks the 12th edition of the Quebec Mega Trail at Mont-Sainte-Anne! The QMT is recognized as one of the most beautiful, but also one of the most difficult UltraTrail competitions in Canada. Crossing the Charlevoix and Côte-de-Beaupré regions up to Mont-Sainte-Anne, more than 3500 runners gather there every year. A breeding ground for high-caliber athletes, the organization also offers events that are accessible to beginners.

The event also offers a free program designed for both athletes and those who want to join the party: pop-rock and bluegrass shows, outside yoga, DJ entertainment, conferences, live podcast, obstacle course, beer and food booths and more than a dozen exhibitors.
