2022 marks the 10th edition of the Quebec Mega Trail at Mont-Sainte-Anne! The QMT is recognized as one of the most beautiful, but also one of the most difficult UltraTrail competitions in Canada. Crossing the Charlevoix and Côte-de-Beaupré regions up to Mont-Sainte-Anne, more than 2500 runners gather there every year. A breeding ground for high-caliber athletes, the organization also offers events that are accessible to beginners.

- QMT-80 km
- QMT-50 km
- QMT-25 km
- QMT-15 km
- QMT-10 km
- QMT-6 km
- QMT-1 km
The event also offers a free program designed for both athletes and those who want to join the party: rock and family shows (Steve Hill, Le Couleur, Kid Kouna), DJ entertainment, conferences, obstacle course, beer and food booths and more than a dozen exhibitors.
