19-20 season is now over
Given the uncertainty associated with the situation of COVID-19 and the importance of securing mountain facilities and informing our customers as quickly as possible, we officially confirm to you today that Mont-Sainte-Anne will end its winter activities for the 2019-2020 season.
In response to COVID-19, we cannot have staff stationed at the station. Our facilities will remain closed until further notice. There is, therefore, no possible return of rental equipment and possession of your ski equipment or other personal belongings at the moment. We will advise you of the possibility of returning to visit our facilities as soon as possible.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused, we thank you for your understanding and collaboration.
For now, please consult the information below. It should answer a number of frequently asked questions submitted on our assorted platforms.
As well, please note that in due course, updates on the current situation and on future decisions will be posted on our Facebook pages and websites.
Finally, for the safety and well-being of all, please respect the guidelines and signage that has been posted.
CLOSED MOUNTAINS, CHALETS, LOCKERS, AND OFFICES
We remind you that all our facilities and our trails are closed until further notice. Access to the mountain is prohibited at all times, whether for alpine skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, fat biking, hiking, snowshoeing, sliding, snowmobiling, etc.
As well and until further notice, access to the chalets’ indoor locker areas for the purpose of retrieving equipment is not permitted.
