Pump track and Balance Bike track
Availiable for everyone wearing a mandatory helmet, the pumptrack is a serie of banked turns and roller waves allowing one to gain speed without pedaling. Thanks to it pronounced relief, it is a great place to learn! All season, the paragliding school Aerostyle brings you through the summit of Mont-Sainte-Anne by the gondola. A few steps from Mont-Saint-Anne, Canyoning-Québec offers an amazing experience of rappeling in the Jean-Larose waterfalls, from June to October. Learn the basic skills of canyoning and explore two cascades of 12 and 19 meters, monitored by profesionnal guides.

Located at the foot of Mont-Sainte-Anne and composed of 3 wondrous cascading falls of 12, 19 and 41 meters high, the beautiful Jean-Larose falls are magnificent watershed digs its way thrugh rock to end its course in beautiful bassins. To get there from Mont-Sainte-Anne, cross the 360 route and follow the directions. The trail that leads you there is fully layed out and 400 steps including 2 resting areas direct you to the base of the fall. Access included the mountain access fee (hiking rates).
Mestachibo hiking trail
The Jean Larose falls are also the starting point of the Mestachibo trail, a 12 km hike that leads you to the Saint-Férréol-les-Neiges church. Following the course of the Sainte-Anne du Nord river during most of its path, the Mestachibo trail gives you access to breathtaking views. Also, it allows you to discover a mature forest of spruces, pines and tuya trees as weel as many interesting rock formations.
Slacklining is a relatively new sport or physical activity performed on a webbing, secured between two anchor points, usually trees. It is great for developping balance, and always a lot of fun! Access included the mountain access fee (hiking rates).
