The Canin Village, veritable living museum of sled dogs, will welcome outdoors fans and adventure seekers to enjoy meeting these 65 charming beasts in an incredible décor. The summit Canin Village is a unique and educative experience for all!
Somewhere between a dog and a wolve…
Discover the psychology of the sled dog and the passionate people who raise them: 65 dogs inhabite the Mont-Sainte-Anne summit for the summer (May to October). This one of a kind Canin Village is located in an impressive and breathtaking local, between the wolf territory (north) and the domestic dog sector (south) and accessible by the gondolas. A personnalised presentation will put you in direct contact with hole pack and an audio-video document on the life and times of dog sledding will evoke the pleasures of the snowy wooded runs that caracterise the practice of this unique sport.
Presentation schedule:
The installation is open from May 30th to October 12th, depending on the gondola schedule, from 10h30 to 3h30 pm. At all times, an interpreter-guide is on site to answer all questions.
*Special presentations: everyday, at 2:00 pm in french and 2:30 in english.
*Video projection: continuous projections, everday, at the gondola station at the summit

Visiting the Sled Dog Village is free at all times: only the gondola rates are applicable for those who wish to take a lift to the summit or the general access fee for those who wish to hike up.
